• Owner is responsible and will ensure that their dog is up to date with their vaccinations, and flea, tick and worm treatment.
• Owner accepts full liability for any loss or damage caused by their dog whilst in the care of D's Adventures.
• D's Adventures is not accountable for vet fees or third-party claims whilst your dog is in our care.
• Owner is to make full disclosure of any quality or characteristic problems which might make your dog unsuitable for walking. Including behaviour or health problems, anti-social behaviours, including aggression incontinence or lack of house training. Excessive loud barking or whining. Failure on the part of the owner to disclose any matter which might render the owner's dog unsuitable for dog walking or home visits will be deemed a material omission amounting to a fundamental breach of our agreement.
• D's Adventures will make every effort to contact the owner in the event of an emergency. We recommend owners provide a contact number of a trusted third party should we be unable to make contact. However D's Adventures reserves the right to make decisions regarding your dog's health, provided it is at all times acting in the best interest of the dog and advice of a veterinary surgeon. Owner is responsible for payment of any veterinary fees incurred by D's Adventures.
• D's Adventures reserve the right to refuse custom of bitches in season or heavily pregnant.
• The owners consent to their dog being photographed/ filmed for D's Adventures social media and advertisement.
• Owners agree that any cause of damage or loss of leads, collars, tags, clothing etc are not the responsibility of D's Adventures.
• All dogs must wear a collar/harness with ID at all times.
• You must agree that your pet is in good health.
• We accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet gets ill or passes away while in D's Adventures care.
• Owners accept and take full liability for any loss or damage made to their property whilst your dog is in D's Adventures care.
• Owner agrees to provide keys or arrangements to access their dog for the agreed appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation. Owners will be charged for the service of the appointment.
• Change/cancelling of days. If you need to change or cancel any of your set walking days then the owner has to give a minimum of four weeks' notice of this change.
• Cancellations for walks. You may cancel your booked slot and provided you give a minimum of 24 hours' notice you won't be charged. If you fail to give 24 hours' notice we withhold the right to charge you the full price.
• Invoice Deadlines. Once the invoice is received we expect payment in full within 48 hours, failure to do so will incur a £30 late fee.
